As part of our Portland team we’re looking for a tech-savvy and customer-oriented support technician who thrives in the varied environment of a scaling company.

Meetio, founded in Sweden, is fully committed to improving the workplace and meeting culture for our customers. Meetio develops software that bridge the gap between the digital calendar and physical workspace to better utilize meeting rooms and increase personal productivity. We are a tightly knit team, steering a self-funded and profitable growing company. Meetio launched it’s first US office in 2018 in Portland, OR and we’re continuously expanding our team.

Meetio has customers in all areas of the world and our solutions can be found in all organizations, from cutting-edge tech companies in Silicon Valley to Dutch Universities and Asian National Banks.

Your role in the team

You will be joining a fast-paced company and dive in to helping our existing and potential customers from day one. You will collaborate tightly with sales staff in Portland as well as our Swedish tech-team.

Main responsibilities:

  • You will be the primary source of technical info in the Portland team
  • Provide Sales support in technical inquiries towards Meetio sales staff and partners
  • Remote onboarding and helping customers integrate with calendar systems and their existing IT infrastructure
  • Solving support tickets and liasing with our Swedish dev team to squash bugs

For the right individual there´s also a great possibility to position yourself as a technical sales expert and grow in to a more sales-oriented role.

Past experience or not, our main focus is finding a great team player who’s motivated, curious and willing to learn. Experience and LinkedIn endorsements are picked up along the way. We hope that you are willing to roll up your sleeves and dig into a little bit of everything.

However, a preffered skillset would include at least some of the following:

Preferred skillsets:

  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Microsoft O365
  • G Suite
  • Excellent in customer service
  • Network and IT systems knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Spanish language is a plus
